RollShield LLC We are seeking the very best  Home Improvement Sales Representative’s specializing in residential and commercial in-home sales to join our team! Someone who is a professional, highly motivated and has a proven track record selling hurricane shutters, windows, doors, screens, and related exterior products.

This position requires someone who is personable, dependable, organized, and comfortable going to customers’ homes for sales appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
• Present and explain hurricane protection, windows, doors, and related products
• Sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Take measurements and gather job information
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Communicate with office staff, installers, and management
• Maintain accurate notes and customer records
• Create sales material to present to customers

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in in-home sales.
• Home improvement, construction, windows, doors, hurricane protection, or remodeling experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with in-home appointments
• Organized and dependable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
