Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, accommodating the needs of both our clinicians and student clients. Working in a school environment allows for flexible hours while ensuring that the services are available to students at times that best suit their schedules. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and a range of mental health services tailored to students experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, thus informing treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based, culturally competent treatment plans that align with each student’s unique background and needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs) related to patient care and treatment progress.

• Engage with teachers, parents, and school counselors to collaborate on intervention strategies and share critical insights regarding student well-being.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to provide remote support when needed, ensuring accessibility to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of a diverse student body, which may include individuals from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The aim is to empower these young minds, fostering resilience and providing them with the tools necessary to overcome their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
