Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with insurance companies to navigate and manage pre-certification requirements and utilization management processes, ensuring clients have access to necessary services.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare processes to ensure continuity of care and support for clients transitioning out of intensive services.

• Facilitate therapeutic meal support sessions that emphasize the development of healthy relationships with food, guiding clients through a respectful approach to nutrition.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care tailored to the unique experiences and intersecting identities of each client, thereby fostering inclusivity and respect in therapeutic engagements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
