Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as an Independent Contractor, delivering therapy and support to high-need clients across school facilities in Salinas.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that consider their unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, providing psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions that address the emotional and psychological needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
