Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs while collaborating with them to establish therapeutic goals.

• Providing couples therapy and conducting individual sessions to address family dynamics, stressors, and personal challenges.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively support clients dealing with a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and conflict resolution.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to improve communication and foster healthy relationships among family members.

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans in adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will span a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will focus on a variety of mental health challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

While newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, candidates with experience working in various therapeutic settings, including telehealth, will be especially valued. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs is also a plus. Candidates must be willing to engage with a caseload of 30 hours or more per week.
