This contract opportunity seeks an onsite Registered Nurse to provide care across two campuses, each serving approximately 500 students. Your skills and attention will help ensure a healthy, supportive environment for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to students and staff across two school campuses
• Manage and respond to student health needs, administer medications, and provide emergency care as required
• Maintain accurate health records and reports in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to promote wellness and safety within the school community
• Educate students and staff on health practices and preventive care
• Support the implementation of individualized healthcare plans for students with specific needs

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Recent school nursing experience is required
• Comfortable working onsite at both assigned campuses
• Reliable with transportation and able to commute between two Chicago locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
