Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan and implement tailored support packages to aid clients in overcoming obstacles and dependencies, utilizing both evidence-based practices and individualized strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews with clients to identify their current state, needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Create individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals based on each client’s unique circumstances.

• Monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with the client to effectively address evolving needs.

• Provide expert counseling during sessions, offering guidance on the best paths of action and promoting self-advocacy among clients.

• Keep detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case conferences and, when required, provide testimony in court regarding client situations and treatment protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Valid and active professional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
