Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will include providing care to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and family units facing various challenges. You will specialize in supporting clients dealing with addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clients represent a wide spectrum of backgrounds, enhancing the need for culturally competent and sensitive care. Your skills will be additional support for families and younger populations, particularly in sensitive situations involving children and teenagers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.

• Current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in clinical counseling.

• Proven experience working with couples, children, adolescents, and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with underrepresented communities and an understanding of culturally sensitive practices.

• Additional training in specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
