Working for a supportive, family-owned company, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy to streamline core bookkeeping systems. Your self-driven problem-solving will directly impact the stability and cash flow across all operations. How You Will Make An Impact Manage full-charge bookkeeping functions across multiple operating entities under a parent company using QuickBooks Online. Oversee and track financial profiles, ledger transactions, and income for rental property accounts. Monitor accounts receivable continuously, executing proactive follow-up calls and communications to ensure prompt collections. Balance accounts, reconcile financial statements, and maintain precise ledgers to support operational clarity. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies independently to keep financial data accurate and up to date. Collaborate with executive leadership to provide clear financial reporting and actionable insight into cash flow. Required Qualifications & Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent. Direct hands-on experience managing financial accounts using QuickBooks Online. Prior experience using Buildertrend software for construction-related accounting. Proven ability to independently oversee accounts receivable and execute professional collection calls. Demonstrated capability to manage multi-entity accounting structures under a main parent company. High self-reliance with a track record of figuring out solutions independently. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of related bookkeeping and accounting experience. Background managing real estate or rental property financial accounts.
