salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hires.
  • Coordinate with staffing agencies to ensure alignment with workforce needs.
  • Track and report on temp employee performance, assignments, and conversion opportunities.
• Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires including orientation, documentation, and system setup.
  • Lead regular orientation sessions to welcome new employees and communicate company values, policies, and expectations.
  • Conduct exit processes and gather feedback to improve employee retention and overall experience.
• Employee Relations & Floor Presence:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution aligned with company policies and values.
  • Maintain visibility on the production and operational floor to build rapport with employees and stay attuned to workplace dynamics.
  • Assist with investigations and proper documentation of employee issues or complaints.
  • Promote positive employee engagement through active listening and responsive support.
