ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for CMDB or Discovery.
Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for data automation.
Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization).
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
