Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Florida license in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC credential preferred
• Experience in school-based settings is desirable
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing caseloads of varying size and need
• Adaptable to working with a range of student abilities, including low incidence populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver engaging onsite therapy sessions
• Provide ongoing support for students' transitional needs
