Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, intervention, and consultation services for K-12 students within a public school setting. The ideal candidate values collaboration, student-centered care, and evidence-based therapy practices.

Minimum Requirements

•Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
•Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
•Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
•Eligibility for Florida Department of Education certification preferred
•Ability to pass school district background screening

Duties & Responsibilities

•Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
•Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
•Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
•Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
•Support classroom carryover strategies and communication interventions
