Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Florida license in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Capability to manage caseloads of diverse size and scope
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with a range of student abilities, including low incidence populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Take part in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation
• Deliver engaging, onsite therapy sessions
• Support students with transitional and ongoing communication needs
