Temporary Law School Recruiting Assistant

We have an opening for a temporary, full-time Law School Recruiting Assistant starting immediately for a 6-month assignment. This individual will focus on assisting with our brand building initiatives and seasonal hiring efforts. Primary responsibilities include assisting with event planning, heavy data entry, processing applicants/resumes, assisting with interview scheduling, preparing correspondences, and general administrative support. This position will also assist with special projects as needed. This position is available as a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities: Assist with event planning Assist with heavy data entry Process applicants/resumes Assist with interview scheduling Prepare correspondence Provide general administrative support Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications: 1+ years of prior administrative or recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment, preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Possess strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Superior analytical, attention to detail, planning and organizational skills. Highly motivated and creative with ability to make sound business decisions. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion. Proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday and viRecruit. The primary location for this job posting is in Palo Alto, but other locations may be listed. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: Palo Alto, San Francisco: $24.52 - $33.17 per hour. Century City, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle: $22.07 - $29.86 per hour.
