Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify and understand client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The majority of our clientele comprises individuals and families experiencing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. As an LMFT, you will work closely with each client to create a safe space where they feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. This role is crucial in fostering positive client outcomes, as you will help them navigate their struggles to achieve lasting mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering direct therapy services in a clinical setting is essential.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy, will be given preference. Experience working remotely and familiarity with telehealth practices will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package.
