Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, providing a safe and confidential environment for discussions on mental health.

• Facilitating conversations with clients to encourage them to explore emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

• Acting as a client advocate, assisting clients in defining their therapeutic goals and identifying pathways to achieve them.

• Evaluating clients’ mental health conditions and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect a solution-oriented approach based on your clinical expertise and insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists solely of pre-screened, stable adults with low-acuity mental health concerns. We do not work with clients facing severe mental health crises, ensuring that you can focus on delivering care to those seeking support for manageable conditions. Additionally, we align clients with your specialties and demographic preferences, allowing for a more personalized therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure to practice independently in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for making professional evaluations and treatment recommendations.
