Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing strong rapport and maintaining ethical professional boundaries while conducting therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Spence Mind, you will work with a diverse clientele that may include individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders. You will be responsible for delivering empathetic, culturally competent care tailored to the unique needs of each client, guiding them toward effective solutions and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Oregon LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license is mandatory.

• At least one year of clinical experience in a mental health outpatient setting is essential.
