Responsibilities And Duties Managing the monthly close process and maintaining all support and workpapers Working with Sales Operations to ensure appropriate GAAP accounting for deals Technical accounting research Managing sales taxes through our Avalara system Assist the Controller on payroll and commission inputs and calculations Weekly cash management and monthly cash balance reconciliation Oversight of customer invoicing and collections processes Assistance with income tax remittances and accounting Monthly variance reviews in connection with the month end close Annual audit coordination assistance and documentation gathering Ad hoc projects when needed. Required Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required. 4+ years of experience in accounting. Public Accounting experience is . CPA designation is a plus. Required Skills Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
