Desktop Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for the following opportunity: Interview Mode: Virtual and In-Person Job Responsibilities: Provide desktop support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, drivers, and BIOS. Support laptop refresh initiatives and peripheral device deployment. Utilize SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware, and related tools for remote support. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Analyze recurring technical issues and generate reports for continuous improvement. Deliver excellent customer support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, and enterprise desktop environments. Stay current with new technologies and best practices in desktop support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Techgene LLC
