Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a pivotal administrative role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.
  • Assist in project coordination and implementation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support the team with various administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial procedures.
