Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW in our team, you will take on a multifaceted role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving patients’ mental health. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments in virtual format to determine patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices.

• Administering a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methods adjusted to client preferences and clinical needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to HIPAA and ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Collaborating with integrated care team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies are in place for each patient.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving care quality and gaining insights from fellow practitioners.

• Providing education and empathetic support to patients and their families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and available community resources.
