Weare currently seeking ahighly motivated and organized individual tojoinus asa Startup Business Associate . Inthis role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support toC-levelexecutives ofUS-based tech startups, with afocus onbusiness development, fundraising, financial management, and overall company operations. Responsibilities Own execution and follow-through by translating leadership priorities into clear actions, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Support founder decision-making through structured research, analysis, and concise recommendations. Act as a communication extension of C-level executives, drafting and managing high-impact internal and external communications. Build and maintain lightweight systems and trackers (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets, CRM) to support scalable operations and visibility. Support business development, fundraising, and financial planning through research, materials preparation, coordination, and tracking. Provide executive-level operational support, including calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel coordination. Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments, adapting priorities and balancing speed with quality. Results / KPI Performance is measured by impact, not activity. You will be evaluated on: Reduction of the founder’s operational load Clarity and structure introduced into workflows Quality of research and decision support Reliability and follow-through Ability to operate independently Speed + quality balance in fast-moving contexts Practical use of AI to increase efficiency Training performance is assessed based on structured thinking, execution quality, and ability to integrate feedback quickly. Requirements What we Expect Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+), with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and in different tones depending on context. Ability to work aligned with US business hours (East and/or West Coast) and collaborate effectively in a distributed team. Proven ability to organize work, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize information and support decision-making. High level of ownership, reliability, and follow-through; comfortable operating with limited context and changing priorities. AI-driven mindset — actively uses AI and automation tools to increase speed, quality, and efficiency of work. Prior experience in an administrative, operations, consulting, or business support role; startup experience is a strong plus. Willingness to complete the A-Players Startup Training Program as part of the onboarding and development process. System-building exercises (dashboards, trackers, decision briefs). Structured feedback loops and iteration. Clear evaluation criteria focused on decision support, clarity, and ownership. For junior candidates, this creates a structured entry into startup execution. For experienced candidates, it fast-tracks alignment to executive standards. After onboarding: Growth is performance-based and transparent. Compensation reviews are tied to impact and expanded ownership. You may evolve toward deeper operational leadership, strategic support, or specialized tracks (ops, fundraising, growth, systems). You gain exposure to multiple US startups — different industries, business models, and leadership styles. We prioritize operators who compound value over time.
