We are seeking a Technology Support Analyst to provide end-to-end production and application support for critical business applications. The role focuses on maintaining application stability, resolving production issues, and ensuring seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities Provide 24/5 production support for critical applications used by global Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) users Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. Manage and elevate incidents, problems, and changes. Collaborate with Development, SRE, Infrastructure, AIOps, and business teams. Support trading, client onboarding, and operational applications. Communicate issues and solutions effectively to stakeholders. Identify recurring issues and help implement long-term solutions. Required Skills Application or Production Support experience SQL Scripting and Unix Shell Scripting ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Documentation and communication skills Microsoft Office Preferred Skills Financial services or trading application experience Experience with enterprise applications, monitoring, or AIOps Understanding of application infrastructure and production environments #J-18808-Ljbffr BCforward
