Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), promoting emotional growth and resilience.

• Set therapeutic goals together with clients and continuously track their progress, revising treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to meet clients' needs, particularly those who may face barriers to in-person services.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards in mental health care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise and stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds who seek support for a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders, providing them with a safe space to share their experiences and explore their emotions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
