Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to understand client needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

• A master’s level degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license for unsupervised practice in mental health therapy, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
\n
• Expertise in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and creating effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional writing skills for detailed session documentation and progress reports.
\n
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous:

• Knowledge of additional resources in the Reno, Nevada community to refer clients for holistic support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
