As Sous Chef of Sidecar, you'll be assisting leading our kitchen operations by maintaining our high standards for quality and presentation. This position of Sous Chef is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen: Qualifications:
- Candidate must have at least 3 years' experience as a Lead Line Cook, Banquets or Sous Chef.
- Must have experience training, and supervising Kitchen Staff.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and costing.
- Experience Expediting service
