We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic located in the vibrant community of Edgewater, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to determine patients' physical capabilities and limitations, and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that promote recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, functional training, and therapeutic exercises, to enhance patient rehabilitation.
• Monitor patients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting therapy methods and exercises as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of adherence to the treatment plan, enabling them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with industry regulations and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care, particularly during referrals and follow-ups.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with industry trends and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and age-related musculoskeletal conditions. You will provide care to patients of diverse backgrounds and varying ages, allowing for a rich and fulfilling clinical experience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in their journey towards improved mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using current methodologies and rehabilitation technologies within an outpatient clinic setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Certifications in specialized therapeutic areas, such as sports therapy, geriatric care, or manual therapy techniques, are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
