Front Desk & Client Services Coordinator

Provides professional, high-quality service to visitors, callers, and internal staff in a polished corporate office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the client's brand through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
• Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support.
• Badge and register visitors using EasyLobby.
• Coordinate visitor arrivals and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests and employees.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative and office support as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of switchboard, receptionist, or front desk experience.
• Experience working in a professional corporate or client-facing office environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including email and calendar management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with EasyLobby or similar visitor management software preferred.
