IT Field Technician

Attend customer support requests via phone, email, or in person Performing server and network troubleshooting remotely and on site Follow change control process Managing servers and network equipment Document and follow procedures Work on projects and tasks assigned in a timely manner Be available for emergencies and scheduled tasks during off business hours Be available for off hours on-call rotation On-site visits to client site as needed Responsibilities: Attend customer support requests via phone, email, or in person Performing server and network troubleshooting remotely and on site Doing application deployments Follow change control process Managing servers and network equipment Document and follow procedures Work on projects and tasks assigned in a timely manner Be available for emergencies and scheduled tasks during off business hours Be available for off hours on-call rotation On-site visits to client site as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Intune, M365, Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
