Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for adult clients to understand their mental health status and individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues. Embodying a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, you will work closely with clients to build trusting relationships that support their recovery journey. This includes providing tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate deeply with each individual’s experiences and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in a related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting meaningful connections with both clients and fellow professionals.

• Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

• Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle caseloads and administrative duties.

• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, showcasing your commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous clinical experience providing mental health therapy to adult populations, with an emphasis on diverse backgrounds and complex cases.
