Scope
The Administrative Assistant II – SAP Administrator provides day-to-day SAP transactional support for Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Maintenance personnel. This position ensures the accurate and timely processing of material-management transactions and serves as the primary point of contact for SAP user support, transaction troubleshooting, document corrections, and process guidance.
The SAP Administrator maintains data accuracy and supporting documentation related to purchasing, inventory, material movements, and master data. This role also supports operational teams by monitoring transaction queues, resolving errors, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Support users with SAP Materials Management transactions, including:
Goods Receipts
Goods Issues
Stock Transfers
Inventory Adjustments
Material Reservations
Monitor and resolve blocked, failed, or incomplete transactions.
Research and correct transactional errors affecting procurement and inventory processes.
Assist users with transaction-status tracking and document-flow reviews.
Review and validate purchasing and inventory transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
Provide support during month-end and year-end inventory activities.
