Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, researching solutions, and guiding customers through steps to resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide comprehensive service.
• Provide information about products, services, and policies accurately and clearly to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to the development of customer support resources and documentation to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional when dealing with challenging customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency with customer support software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet service level agreements.
