Offering a flexible per diem opportunity, the 1099 Contracted Nurse Assessor will conduct client visits to gather medical, functional, and cognitive assessments while managing their own schedule across a 75-mile radius. Key responsibilities Obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information as required Accurately complete assessments and comply with all instructions Communicate promptly regarding file status and return assessments within 24 hours Required qualifications Active Registered Nurse license Experience in health assessments or related field Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling Proficiency with electronic devices for completing assessments Willingness to travel within a 75-mile radius for client visits
