Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Harmonious Companions, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your role involves addressing various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field alongside current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic principles and techniques applicable to individual and family-oriented practices.

• Proven ability to maintain ethical and legal standards of confidentiality in counseling practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with direct practice in treating individuals dealing with mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Expertise in group therapy, family counseling, and working with clients experiencing co-occurring disorders.

• Experience in providing treatment for substance abuse is highly preferred, along with familiarity in working with children, adolescents, and couples.
