Associate Director of Client Partnerships

To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time remote Associate Director of Client Partnerships will manage client relationships, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure high client satisfaction while working East Coast business hours. Key responsibilities Develop annual strategies in partnership with senior clients and hold recurring meetings to drive business growth Forecast and monitor client revenue and profitability, managing budgets and contract negotiations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and contribute to the creative process Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in client servicing roles within an agency environment Proven experience managing large clients and complex campaigns, including organic and paid social Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on strategy development Experience in budget management and campaign content production Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively
