Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients seeking support, identifying their unique mental health needs and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services using diverse therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to promote healing and resilience.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and stabilization.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in line with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
