Learning Coach
Crossover for Work
Alpha is hiring a Learning Coach to guide K-3 students through app-based core learning, diagnose reading gaps, and deliver targeted 15-minute sequences to close them. You will run short literacy sessions for 2–4 students, maintain daily goals, and stay with students through lunch and closing, using data to name gaps for weekly parent updates.
