Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients' specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients’ psychological conditions, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient progress.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers, ensuring holistic and integrated patient care.

• Document case notes, treatment updates, and patient progress accurately within our electronic health record system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Stay informed on the latest developments and research in mental health concerns to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at FullScope, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children experiencing emotional challenges, individuals facing life transitions, and families who require support in navigating relational stressors. Every patient will benefit from your expertise in various therapeutic modalities, enabling you to address a wide range of psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in counseling or a related mental health field is required.

• An active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is necessary for this position.

• Minimum of three years of demonstrated clinical experience in providing therapeutic services, assessing patient needs, and delivering treatment.

• Strong knowledge of modern clinical counseling techniques, therapeutic interventions, and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Proficiency in medical documentation and coding procedures to maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
