Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and general information about company offerings. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving routine problems, and maintaining a positive and professional approach.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions about products, services, and promotions.
- Listen to customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Assist with routine service requests and customer concerns.
- Explain available options and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
- Follow up on customer requests when additional assistance is needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Communicate recurring concerns to supervisors to support service improvements.
