About the Position

A well-established healthcare organization in Ohio is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to provide specialized surgical care for patients with musculoskeletal injuries and disorders. The Orthopedic Surgeon will diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions affecting bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. Responsibilities include performing a variety of orthopedic surgical procedures , managing traumatic injuries such as fractures, and treating degenerative joint conditions.

In addition to surgical care, the physician will develop treatment plans that may include both operative and non-operative approaches. Collaboration with rehabilitation specialists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals will be essential to support patients throughout their recovery and rehabilitation process.

Qualification

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Experience performing orthopedic surgical procedures
• Expertise in treating fractures, joint injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders
• Knowledge of surgical and non-surgical treatment approaches for orthopedic conditions
• Ability to collaborate with rehabilitation teams for post-surgical recovery
• Strong clinical decision-making and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
