Office Manager

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience) A well-established and growing medical practice in the Plattsburgh area is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office. What You’ll Do Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the medical office. Lead, coach, and support front office staff while fostering a positive team culture. Coordinate employee schedules, workflow, and office coverage. Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for every patient. Monitor office performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office operations. Assist with insurance verification, scheduling, patient communications, and administrative processes as needed. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies and procedures. Partner with providers to support operational excellence and practice growth. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or Healthcare Office Supervisor preferred. Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting strongly preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
