Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of assigned clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver counseling services to children and families, ensuring they meet the medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes focused on parenting and specific mental health challenges, enhancing community education and support.

• Complete all necessary client documentation, including case materials, program forms, and statistical data, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and contractual obligations.

• Maintain accurate and timely charting and reporting for each assigned client, utilizing EHR systems effectively to track progress and outcomes.

• Meet monthly billing requirements, ensuring a minimum number of reimbursable hours while maintaining high standards of care.

Your primary focus will be on supporting children and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
