Job Details

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Relentlessly source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
• Achieve cold call goals.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High School Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years proven experience.
• Prior telemarketing experience highly desired.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong yet pleasant phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Ability to overcome objections or rejection with a smile.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Tenacity and drive to generate record-breaking revenue.
• Competitiveness and desire for continual improvement.
