Channel National Account Manager - Digital, MRO, OEM & Industrial

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Channel National Account Manager - Digital, MRO, OEM & Industrial. This is a hybrid-based position where candidates must reside within 50 miles of one of our following locations to be considered for the position: Beachwood, OH; Chicago, IL; Moon Township, PA; Peachtree City, GA; Smyrna, GA; Grapevine, TX or City of Industry, CA.What you’ll do:Position Overview: The primary function of the National Account Manager – Digital, MRO, OEM and Industrial is to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of strategic national accounts by building customer-specific growth strategies, leading joint business planning and executing initiatives that expand revenue, margin and market share. This role is responsible for strengthening executive-level customer relationships, accelerating digital commerce performance, identifying new business opportunities and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver outstanding customer experience and sustained commercial results. This position can be in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Ohio; Peachtree City or Smyrna, Georgia or Chicago, Illinois. In this function you will: • Develop and grow strategic relationships with key national accounts across Digital, MRO, OEM, and Industrial channels to increase revenue, profitability and customer loyalty• Create and execute joint business plans with assigned accounts, establish growth priorities, financial targets, promotional strategies and measurable milestones• Lead digital commerce initiatives by improving online assortment, product content, search visibility, conversion, pricing execution and promotional effectiveness across customer platforms• Analyze sales, profitability, inventory and market trends to identify whitespace opportunities, improve account performance and drive fact-based business decisions• Lead product launches, promotional programs, and strategic growth initiatives in partnership with marketing, product management, supply chain, finance and field sales teams• Build strong relationships with customer leaders in merchandising, category management, procurement, operations, eCommerce and sales to strengthen alignment and execution• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned markets, customer business models, competitive activity, and Eaton solutions to position differentiated value with national accounts• Identify, prioritize and capture new opportunities across key product categories, customer programs, and channel motions that support profitable growth• Influence and align internal stakeholders across functions and regions to ensure strong execution of customer commitments, national agreements and growth plans• Own account forecasting, performance reviews and strategic business updates, ensuring disciplined execution against revenue, margin and market share objectivesQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution• Minimum five (5) years of experience in national account management, channel sales, strategic account management, or business development in electrical, industrial, OEM, MRO, or related markets• Possess a valid driver’s license• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive.
