Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs, documenting findings and formulating appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring effective communication and support that fosters client engagement.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, facilitating referrals to community-based services as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including medical histories, treatment progress, and any adjustments made to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed of best practices and emerging trends within mental health care.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, addressing psychosocial stressors that may impact mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will work within a crisis-driven environment where your expertise is vital in addressing urgent needs and facilitating interventions that lead to positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated success in providing counseling services to clients from varied backgrounds and needs, with an emphasis on culturally competent practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
