Job Description LRS Consulting Services is seeking a BA/Project Coordinator to join a growing IT team and work directly alongside senior leadership in managing and coordinating project work across the organization. Responsibilities: Partner with business users to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable project deliverables Coordinate IT projects from intake through delivery, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status updates Work closely with the IT director to manage and prioritize the team’s project workload Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, document outcomes, and follow up on action items Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, status reports, project plans, and process flows Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing coordination, and go-live activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar IT role Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, lead meetings, and build relationships with business stakeholders at all levels Experience coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or supporting finance-related business processes Familiarity with SQL or data querying Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies Work Environment and Schedule: Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week (Mondays and Thursdays required, third day flexible with manager) 6-month contract with potential for extension and/or conversion to full-time Why This Role: Direct mentorship from senior IT leadership High-visibility role with exposure across business and IT functions Clear path for professional growth and potential permanent placement Collaborative, team-oriented environment that values attitude and potential as much as experience Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Third-party candidates will not be considered for this position. The base range for this contract position is $32 - $52 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
