Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing strong, trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, actively engaging in discharge planning when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that encapsulate the client's needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to track client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client information, contributing to the initial treatment plan design.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to ensure continuous professional development and ethical compliance.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our network to deliver integrated care and promote client success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• An unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in New Jersey.
