Client Service & Product Support Specialist - Tax In this role, you will provide consistent, high-quality tax service to ADP clients. You will handle tax deposits and filing, and serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges including issue resolution, answering questions, and helping clients, using phone, email, or chat‑based communication. To thrive in this role you must be comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment as part of a structured day. Adaptability, empathy, self‑motivation, and organization are must‑haves. You will balance your workload, handle back‑to‑back inquiries, and focus on what is important. What You’ll Do Be the Tax Expert – assist clients with tax deposits and filing, and manage inquiries from state and federal agencies. Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver – use a breadth of expertise to help ADP’s clients solve problems, taking a broad perspective to resolve issues and provide solutions. Build Relationships – engage clients by phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction. Hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP’s core value of “Integrity is Everything.” Educate – leverage ADP product & services knowledge to provide solutions, guide clients, and turn input into recommendations for ADP leadership on best practices and training. Demonstrate Client Focus – focus on client satisfaction, troubleshooting and resolving payroll and tax issues in a timely and professional manner. To Succeed in this Role Have at least two years of client service and/or call center experience, or a minimum of four years of insurance/financial institution experience. Communicate clearly and quickly in phone and writing, summarizing problems and explaining solutions. Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and possess excellent analytical and time‑management skills. Bonus points for: At least three years of Payroll Tax experience. A college degree or other acceptable experience, including military experience. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $15.48–$31.39 per hour.
