Responsibilities:
- Drive new business: Seek out and develop new business opportunities that align with Argano's Salesforce offerings.
- Industry expertise: Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders across healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and life sciences organizations.
- Client engagement: Engage with new clients and prospects, understanding their needs to provide comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
- Relationship management: Nurture key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
- Market research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Adaptability: Adjust strategies based on evolving market conditions and client needs, continually learning about new technologies and services.
- Travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is expected. MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in client service or sales, specifically with Salesforce solutions. Experience selling into one or more Healthcare & Life Sciences segments, including: healthcare providers, health plans/payers, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device.
- Proven success developing net-new business and exceeding quota.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Success in managing complex sales cycles and closing significant deals.
- Strong background selling consulting services, cloud, CRM, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions.
- Leadership experience in sales or account management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
